Getting ready for Africa Oyé

Without Africa there would be no Liverpool. And for the next two days we celebrate them both.1009900_585474664807829_780010677_nAll day today the park’s been getting ready. It’s Midsummer’s Eve, for me many times more exciting than Christmas Eve, because of Africa Oyé.

Since this morning tents have been going up.
